New Disney Permits Hint at Rumored New Ride at Epcot’s France Pavilion

Rumors are flying this morning, as new permits have been filed by Disney in the area of the France pavilion at Epcot.

Disney Parks fans are currently speculating exactly what this means for the future of the pavilion. Many believing it to hint at a new ride for the area.

As you can see in the image above, there is a lot of under-utilized space between the France and Morocco pavilions. The space was originally mean for the addition of extra countries, if they were to be added to World Showcase. With a total of 5.7 acres to work with, it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if Disney decided to use the space for a future attraction.

 




 

Many rumors about the permits have circled around the Disney Parks fan community. One of the biggest is that Disney will bring Ratatouille: L’Aventure Totalement Toquée de Rémy (translated to “Remy’s Totally Zany Adventure”), the successful attraction from Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris, to Epcot.
